Project:  Deflator/Stacker

This modular mobile cell accepts cubes from either a manual or robotic loading process, deflates the cubes using a formed mandrel, picks the cubes and stacks them in groups of up to 20.  Each stack is then discharged onto a conveyor which holds several stacks. They are then offloaded by hand into their final packages. 

The customer, a large international plastics company, has purchased four cells for use in their container molding facility. At least one of them will be used in conjunction with our Modular Assembly Cell.
